Description
The fiber laser cutting machine A1225/A1530 is mainly designed for thin metal, and it is particularly suitable for cutting stainless steel if working together with nitrogen. Our fiber laser cutter is equipped with Germany imported IPG 260W short pulse fiber laser to provide a high peak power (up to 1500W), thus enabling it to be capable of dealing with both mild steel and stainless steel whose thickness is 2mm.

Untouched Following System
Purpose-built for metal cutting, the untouched following system has gained national patent, and it is used to detect the distance from cutting nozzle to metal surface, and then follows the metal surface. This system automatically adjusts the focal position according to the original position to guarantee consistent cutting precision over the entire working area.

Touchscreen and Remote Control System
Our fiber laser cutting machine is fitted with independently developed touchscreen and remote control system to offer convenient control for operators.

Partitioned Exhaust System
This metal cutting machine makes use of a partitioned exhaust system to discharge smoke or dust generated during cutting process. This system is divided into two or three sections based on the size of working area, and one section will start to work only when the other one (or two) stops working.

The 260W fiber laser cutting machine enriches our product catalog and offers more choices for customers. Moreover, laser cutting equipment with higher power, like 1000W and 2000W, will be released to the market soon.
