Description
The fiber laser cutting machine A1212 is specialized in thin metal cutting. This brand-new F500-A1530 model is equipped with IPG 500W fiber laser tube which is imported from Germany. It features high cutting speed and low electricity consumption. Its cutting speed on 1mm stainless steel is about 7200mm/min with nitrogen and its operation electricity consumption is 5KW/H. This machine combines our most advanced technologies including untouched following system, touchscreen and remote control system, as well as partitioned exhaust system.

Untouched following system
This system has been patented by our company. It is designed especially for metal cutting. This system senses the distance from the cutting nozzle to the metal surface and follows the metal surface. It automatically adjusts the focal position according to the original set position so that this fiber laser cutting machine can ensure the constant cutting precision over the whole working area.

Touchscreen and remote control system
It is an independently developed system which makes the machine easier to control.

Partitioned exhaust system
The partitioned exhaust system is efficient in discharging smoke or dust generated from the material during cutting. This system can be divided to two or three sections according to the size of the working area. One section of this exhaust system starts to work only when the other one or two sections stop working.

The fiber laser cutting machine enriches our product pool so that we can offer our clients more equipment options for metal cutting. The success of this product is only a start. Higher power laser machine such as 1000W and 2000W will be coming soon.
